A discussion of your symptoms and risk factors, blood pressure measurement, an ECG and an examination of the heart and lungs. Where necessary a heart ultrasound, Holter ECG or blood pressure Holter can be done immediately, so you complete your entire cardiac work-up in one place.
What does a Holter ECG show?
A Holter ECG records the heart over 24 hours and reveals rhythm disorders that a standard ECG does not show, for example occasional skipped beats or a racing heart. You take the device home and return it the next day.
