Terms of Use

  1. General provisions
    These Terms of Use govern the use of the website mirenmedic.rs (hereinafter: the "Site"), operated by Miren Clinic / Miren Polyclinic, Vojvode Stepe 250, Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter: "Miren", "we").

By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

  1. Purpose of the Site and medical disclaimer
    The content of the Site (service descriptions, texts, blog, educational materials) is provided for information only and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

Health decisions require a consultation with a doctor and/or an examination at an appropriate healthcare institution. In an emergency, contact the emergency medical services.

  1. Booking appointments and communication
    The Site may allow you to send an enquiry or a request for an appointment (through a form, by e-mail or by telephone).
  • Sending an enquiry does not automatically confirm an appointment.
  • An appointment is booked only once it has been confirmed by Miren.
  • Please do not send detailed medical results or sensitive health data through the form.
  1. Accuracy of information and availability of the Site
    We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. We cannot, however, guarantee that all content is fully up to date or free of error at all times (for example service descriptions, appointment availability, prices and promotions).

The Site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults or other reasons. We are not liable for damage arising from the unavailability of the Site where this is beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual property rights
    All content on the Site (text, photographs, graphics, logos, design and brand identity elements) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
    Copying, reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public or adapting the content without the prior written consent of Miren is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by law.
  2. Rules of conduct for users and prohibited activities
    The following are prohibited:
  • using the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes,
  • attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the operation of the Site or testing for vulnerabilities without authorization,
  • sending spam or malicious content, and attempts at fraud or harassment,
  • entering false information with the intention to deceive or abuse.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who misuses it, and to take legal action in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  1. Links to third parties and social networks
    The Site may contain links to third party websites (for example Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies of third parties. Your relationship with third parties is governed by their own terms and policies.
  2. Privacy and cookies
    The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
  3. Changes to the Terms
    We may amend these Terms in order to comply with regulations or to reflect changes in how the Site operates. The amended Terms apply from the date they are published on the Site.
  4. Governing law and jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
